New customer no broadband all day

Hi,

 

I have left BT for Plusnet, my connection went down this morning but as yet I still have no broadband connection. In the past this has taken minutes to complete. I am currently on hold to your help line and have been for 25 minutes. I am not impressed so far, can someone on here help?

I can see your account is now active and online and it was due to the account not activating automatically once the order completed.
