New customer help

My service “supposedly” has gone live I got my phone line is active text etc etc…. However my fiber still isn’t working? Any help much appreciated!

Did you get the broadband activation text too?

No buddy just the phone one? Does the BB one come through separate then? My bad!

IIRC then the phone line transfers first and then the broadband.

Don’t forget that your fibre broadband connection could take up until midnight to activate on your line.

I can see your broadband order completed this morning but we haven't activated your account quite yet automatically. I've just done that for you now so you should be able to connect to the internet once you've setup your router.
