New customer broadband

Hi, Openreach engineer due today to activate phone line but no sign of router or despatch date? What happens next?

I can see you've got in touch with us a different way and we've ordered your router now. We'll get it to you as soon as we can. Apologies that this wasn't done sooner and the inconvenience caused.
