New customer/broadband not activated

Hi,
My broadband connection should have been activated yesterday but it is not.order status currently says that "We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due , has completed". Does anyone know how long it takes for the order to be completed?

Apologies for the lack of updates on your broadband order.

I can see you called in and your service is now up and running?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
