New customer/broadband not activated

Hi,

I placed an order to switch my home phone and broadband from BT to Plusnet earlier this month. Router received, phone service changed over 20/03/2018 and broadband supposedly due to be activated by midnight on 21/03/2018. It hasn't been and I've not received any updates by e-mail or text. Checking order status shows that it's stuck at 'Checking your line...' but it's been like that for days now.

Having read a few similar sounding posts on here, is there any chance someone at Plusnet could have a look and get the broadband activated for me please?

Thank you so much for sharing this - I tried the live chat earlier and as you said, got my broadband activated within a few minutes!
