New customer broadband activation date query

Hi

 

I'm a new customer who signed up for Plusnet last Tuesday for the property that I'm moving into. I've just received a text today telling me that my broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 13/8/20. This is 4 days after I arranged for it to be set up - is this just a precautionary thing or are we going to have to now wait 4 days now for our internet? If so can I rearrange the setup date for earlier so it comes on time? I've tried calling the helpline and I've been on hold for an hour and still no luck.
