New customer..almost

Apparently there are problems with my phone line... my main concern is if these can't be sorted what happens to my service? Does it remain with my current provider or am I left without provision?. I need my phone line for work. And what happens to the money Plusnet have taken already for the first months service and costs? Is this refunded?

OpenReach Engineers will need to fix before any ISP can provide you with telephone or broadband service.
You'll have a contract with P Net and penalties will apply if you decide to go if you're intending
to breach the contract.

Re: New customer..almost

Thank you for your reply. I already have a phone and broadband service with Sky on the line that Plusnet have an issue with - and I've had ISP from TalkTalk and BT before now as well. My main concern is that there will a continuation of some description with my ISP and I won't be without a working phone line or broadband.
