New customer- Trying to contact someone about changing an engineer appointment

Advised Plusnet 3 times via Twitter and invited DM since 4th December about not having access to the property they have booked an engineer for until the afternoon of Friday 18th December. No response. Urgently need to change the appointment to the PM of Friday 18th December. 

Please advise.

@mcolebrook2  Welcome to the forum.

If the property already has a BT connection it is unlikely that an engineer will need to visit the property as all the work will be done remotely.
