I'm sorry that the engineer told you that the broadband should be up and running within a few minutes and for any concern that this caused you. Although our suppliers had completed the installation work, the order has to close off on our side before you can get connected to our network and this can sometimes take several hours past when the physical work has been completed.
I've checked your account and it appears that your services were fully activated around 15 minutes ago and everything should now be working for you. Please let us know if you're still unable to get online.
