I am waiting to have broadband connected and find it impossible to contact customer services. The usual wait is 30 minutes by phone and no chat is available. You do not do me proud. It is now 9 days since I joined and no further forward and no information.

As per our PM conversation last night, I'm really sorry for the lack of communication regarding this.
I can see your line is due to cease today which would be too late for your current provider to stop, so once that's completed, I'll place the order to reactivate your line/providing broadband back on the line for as soon as I can.
