New Order

Hi there

 

I Placed an order to switch back to plusnet on the 20/07/20 and received my welcome letter through the post with my details.

Ive been keeping check on the order tracker as ive not received any Text or Email updates regarding an activation date or anything, Now checking my order tracker it is still on 5 & 6 

  • ACTIVATING YOUR LINEBroadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed. 
  • Current step.HARDWAREWe're preparing to order your Plusnet Hub One.

No activation date is showing but i received an email from my current provider saying that i am moving from them on the 4/08/20 ? 

now i was about to raise a ticket just to confirm everything is going smoothly so i went to the ticket page to see an already open ticket with dated the 23/07/20 with the following:

[INTERNAL]
The phone order has been rejected as some information was incorrect when we sent the order to the supplier. Please resend the phone and broadband order, if it's a SIM order. - has not been updated since.

Would it be possible to have some confirmation that all is ok with my order ?
