New Order

I recently placed an order with you, but then due to no fault of Plusnet had to cancel it.  I tried to contact your Provisioning Department by phone to reinstate it.  I received a message saying that my internet connection had not yet been set up and to contact Customer Services.  I contacted Customer Services and was told I should have picked options 1 and then 3 to get through to Provisioning.  At that time I couldn't spend any longer on the phone (having waited over 15 minutes to get through) so tried again the next day.  This time I waited 45 minutes and hung up.  I have received an email stating that you have opened Question 181881392 relating to my request to reinstate my order.  However, I have heard nothing further and now have no idea if the order is being reinstated and if so on what date.  Any information would be appreciated.
