Signed up on for broadband & phone on 19.5.2018 - confirmation email received and first payment taken from bank, however nothing heard since. Please advise of activation date & when router can be expected ? Thanks

However the ticket says activation 25.6.18 but SMS just received advises 30.06.2018 ? Also has my telephone line been switched over yet ? as the answer phone message still says Sky ?

When we place an order for a requested date, however we will contact you further with a confirmed date of when the order will complete. Both services will move over at the same time on the later confirmed date of the 29/06/2018.

Hi
I have received a text says the engineer will not have to access the property to complete install...
There is no telephone socket in the house, the issue is I cannot update my order, as there is no chat available....the telephone wait is 60 minutes....
How do we get a telephone socket installed....
