New Order Stalled due to previous cancellation

Hi folks,

 

Previously cancelled an order from 3rd July and have since placed a new order on 28th July which now appears to be stalling based on line checks and legacy details from the old order.

 

Couple of automated tickets raised ref this: 154635201, 154784665 for which the later i have added some details.

 

Can someone have a look and clear down the old order details and ensure the new order goes through?

Additionally, requested start date of 29th August
