New Hub One Router ??

Hi,

I recently signed up for a new contract (Fibre Plus broadband) and was told I'd get the new router (I'm currently on the old technicolour 2 box solution) but I've not received it yet.

 

Please can someone from Plusnet confirm that it's been sent out?

Hi if you log into your account then go to "Manage account" - "Account Summary" you can see if the Hub One is listed there if it is then it's been ordered for you, you can click on "order status" to see where in the order process it is.

If it's not listed then one hasn't been ordered for whatever reason and you would have to ask Plusnet why that is.

Thanks for the info. No, it's not listed unfortunately. Seems they slipped up.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your new router yet. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the sales adviser ordered you a new one. I've just done that for you now and it'll arrive shortly.
