New Customer - still no router or comms after 14 days

Signed up with Plusnet because if its 'Excellent Customer Service' awards, but haven’t been able to get through to anyone. Each time i call i get told to call back by the automated voice and I’m not able to spend hours sitting on the phone waiting to get through. Phone line not connected, not heard anything about a rearranged engineers appointment (all my suggested dates were ignored) yet Plusnet have taken my cash - I’m paying for absolutely nothing at the moment and need the internet for work. Can someone please at least let me know why the delay is happening and how much longer it’s likely to be? If more than a week I’d rather cancel and go with another provider.
