New Customer problems

My broadband is supposed to be activated by now, the phone line has been activated, apparently, tho I don't have a phone to check this.

I have heard NOTHING at any time to say this was being delayed.

I have not received a router in the post.

I cannot phone plusnet due to anxiety, so feel the fact that live chat has been stopped I feel is a bit discriminatory.

This is supposed to be a communications company, it doesn't bode well I guess that they don't know how to do this properly.

All I want as a new customer is to be kept informed and the service that I've ALREADY paid for.

What is going on? Someone get in touch. I cannot believe you guys come recommended by so many, I can only surmise they all got lucky.

ABSOLUTELY NOT FIXED.

A MISTAKE AND BUTTON WAS PRESSED.

Should I do a new post now? Maybe I'll just do a new post daily until I get a response from someone...
