New Customer - Home Phone - Order cancelled

I phoned on Tuesday morning to organise broadband for my new house (moving date this Friday) but received an emailng yesterday (Wednesday) saying that my home phone order had been cancelled, does this mean my broadband order has been cancelled or just the phone?
