New Customer Enquiry

Hello,
We ordered unlimited fibre extra on the 2nd of July, and received all the confirmation emails on the same day.

However, the online tracker remains on step 2 and has been for the last couple days. Our first payment has also been taken yet step 4 on the tracker is still greyed out?

We have also not seen anywhere which we were able to choose an activation date, is there something we've/plusnet has done wrong?

If theres nothing wrong, just a confirmation that everything is going smoothly would be great Smiley This is a new flat and we have no existing broadband provider so would like to get up and running asap.

The above is fixed now but now there's something else wrong - I have a different forum post describing that one, check my posts

I placed my order for phone line and fibre on the 20th Sept phone line activation within a day still no broadband r router and order tracker hasn't moved in weeks cannot get through on customer service phone line any ideas first payment near due not happy
