New Customer Awaiting Router

Our broadband activation date was stated as 22nd March but our old provider has remained live until this evening and no PlusNet router has been received.

PlusNet please can you advise what is going on with my order and assure me that you will not leave us two Key Workers without the internet we need to work from home tomorrow?
