I have had an engineer out this morning and he said the phone line was fine outside obviously couldn't come in to check inside. I have received the email saying to connect my router and its been 2 hours and still no Internet connection I have tried a phone in the master socket and no dial tone just have a constant green flashing light on the broadband section of the router any help would be appreciated

Line tests have picked up on a fault (battery contact fault) I've reported this to Openreach who should be able to fix this remotely within the next couple of days for us. I'm really sorry that the engineer didn't pick up on this at the time of the visit as they should have been able to.
