Hi
I have ordered Unlimited Fibre few weeks ago. Phone line is activated but still no date for the BroadBand service. Router arrived.
Cannot get to customer services after 5 days of trying.
Help please

I am still waiting for a Reply.
I still have no broadband since it was ordered beginning of July.
Phone works.
Any staff in this Support Team at all

Can a staff member pick this up. Impossible to get to anyone on the telephone. So much for great. customer service. Got rewards form but NO FIBRE BROADBAND

Username. RGISLIMITED
1. Fibre upgrade/new router ordered 08/7, given activation date of 22/7
2. To date neither has been actioned. Phone is working but NO FIBRE
3. No notifications from you advising new dates. Just total silence.
4. Call centre impossible, live chat mysteriously offline all the time
I accept there is a backlog at present in all areas and possibly understaffed.
What is not acceptable is the total lack of communication or advice given to customers about their orders.
This from a company who boasts of the excellence of their customer service.
Surely it is not beyond the ability of your systems to keep people updated to the progress of orders even as a daily bulk notification for jobs not completed that were due that date.
I bett that the billing section is working fine and will deduct my new payment when due for the service not provided.
If I could contact someone I might have to CANCEL my order.
