New Box why

Hi guys, I rejoined plusnet tv lastweek, as explained on the phone I still had my previous box and didnt require a new one, agent said thats fine, why am I receiving an email saying that a new box has been posted, I assume I'm paying for this. I did not ask for a new plusnet tv box as I already had one from previous.

Hi @tolmie35,

I'm a little bit surprised that the agent said that there's no box.

For every TV provision, a box is sent out generally because we can't provide support on other provider's TV boxes. Appreciate that it's a bit daft when coming over from certain providers as they're quite similar in some instances. Hope that this at least clarifies things.

Sorry Matt, this is not another providers box its a plusnet box, I was already a tv customer and re joined, I stopped being a tv customer in Feb/march so there was no need to send out another box, this is just stupidity.
