Need to return router

I have cancelled the order for returning to Plusnet for broadband but the router was already in the post. The customer service guy told me there would be a return label in the box with the router but there isn't.
Please can a returns bag/label be sent to me so that I can return the unwanted router?

Thank you for letting us know, you're right, the router does not come with a return label. I've just ordered a returns bag to be sent out to you, this will have the label with it. Apologies for the misinformation.

Alternatively, a returns label can be generated/printed using the guidance here.
Using the Royal Mail portal, you can also arrange for your postie to pick the router up from your doorstep.
