My router was delivered but isn’t there

My engineer is coming at 8am in the morning what do I do

@Shauna Sorry, I don't quite follow - if the router was delivered but 'isn't there' - where was it delivered to ?

@Shauna Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

Occasionally Royal Mail will scan the wrong parcel as delivered thus causing confusion to the whereabouts of the router, on our end it appears that the router was re-delivered to you on the next working day.
