@markfoster1982 - it was shipped from the warehouse almost two months ago.
I can see you've since been in touch and a replacement is now on its way.

Re: My router hasn't arrived
I had to delay my installation until Oct but I've had access to the property for months and not receive the original router or any missed delivery notice.
Hopefully sorted by the end of the week
