My phone and broadband order

Ordered plusnet phone and broadband early nov 2018, mony taken from my account on the 6th of Nov and a switch over date of 19th Dec not exactly 10 working days but hey ho, Come the !9th of Dec old provider switched off phone and broadband but nothing from plusnet so no phone or broadband over christmas and i assume new year, No info from plusnet just the your order is being processed, tried to get past skynet oh i mean plusnet defences and speak to the order team but the battery in my phone runs out before i get a response, What do i do now twiddle my thumbs and wait for plusnet to sort it or seek anther provider?
