My order

Placed order in mid-May, catalogue of errors and missed appointments, every date promised has been broken. Last farce was engineers visit, never should up despite me staying in all day, finally got a text saying‘should’ be ok now. It’s not still not working

I'm really sorry to see the issues you've had with your order.

I've checked your order and I can definitely see it's not completed yet and we haven't sent a text either to say so. 

I can see our Complaints Team have ownership of your order, if you'd want to contact your case handler I'd recommend replying to the ticket logged Here on your account or calling the phone number advised in that ticket. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
