My order

I ordered phone line and broadband three weeks ago and still not been connected, when you go to track order it still says checking phone line and there’s a problem, then get a notification saying it will be active on the 27th, from when I placed order on the 8th, we both work from home and it’s actually costing us about £70 a week on extra data on our mobile, I’m actually not happy with the process and how slow it is to get connected, even though you’d already took a payment from first ordering,
Any help would be appreciated, we already have our router and all the correct green lights are on,
