My order

Signed up 3 weeks ago for switch from sky, money taken same day, nothing heard from since. Processing order since 17th of June. Please advise, thanks.

I’ve received a date of 23/07 but that just mentions home phone. Will broadband be the same day?

Thanks for your reply @jonacris. I can confirm both your phone and broadband services will activate on 23/07/2018, please note it can take up to midnight for the services to fully activate.
