My order?

Not sure about plusnet anymore! been with them for many years, contract up for renewel phoned was hoping for a router uprade from hub one told thats still current, passed back to an agent talked into staying and upraded to fibre plus, looked on my account and noticed the upgrade had not happed. " A modify order on this account was unsuccessful" 'check why rejected and contact customer' no ones contacted me! I added a message to this meassge, still no contact or reply!! so back to paying top price for basic fibre and no one has the decency to contact me. lets hope someone from plusnet sees this.
