My order

Hi,

My order for phone and broadband was placed on 20th September but I am still waiting for an activation date.  As background we have just moved and want to take over the line and BB from Talk-Talk and are currently struggling on weak mobile data with 2G (E) and sometimes 3G if we are lucky.

Hi,
Thanks for looking into this and getting the order going again. I was hoping for a date earlier that the 19th but was surprised by an email this morning now saying it will be the 20th. Is this correct?
