My order

Hello I'm moving from Sky to plusnet and I've been advised that an appointment has been booked on 13th December for the service to be switched over so does this mean that there will need to be someone it my premises to allow an engineer access to my property on the day?

Hello @stonkmeister, welcome to our forums.

Can you confirm if you are having fibre from us as part of the switch process? If so, there is no need for an internal visit for this product. Please advise us of your username so we can let you know if you need to be home or not.

Hi @stonkmeister

Further to my earlier reply, I've been able to determine that you do not need an engineer to attend your property since you have selected fibre as your broadband product. The router will arrive 1-2 working days ahead of the completion date, just keep it safe and we will let you know when to connect it.
