My order hasn't been completed



Being taught by lack of any respect to their customers by Virgin, I decided to give a try with Plusnet. It turned out that despite I've put an order with 2 weeks advance, nothing happened. Router didn't arrive, link hasn't been established, I wasn't notified about any issues. 


Of course when I have asked "why?" I received new allegedly installation date 1,5 later. This is ridiculous. Customer is all Plusnet has! Without us there's no Plusnet! It looks like we only understand it and not people who "drive" this business. 


I don't know what to say. I don't want to hear any apologies as it does not make sense. You have just taken £104 from my account and I have received nothing in return. I expect 3 months for free due to this. Till then I'm cancelling Direct Debit to stop you from taking more money from my account!

Sorry to hear that.

I can see that due to agent error your fibre order wasn't placed after your phone went active.


A order has now been placed and should complete on the 11th

Once the issue is resolved we'd be happy to discuss a gesture of goodwill.
