My new order has been cancelled?

Hi,
I ordered PlusNet broadband, but on the 6th August i received this message and it hasn't been updated since:
*INTERNAL*
The following KCI message has been received from our suppliers:Error:501:Order Rejected;Error:9545:The order has been rejected or cancelled as the linked Broadband order failed.
I replied to it using the Help Assistant and over a week later i've still not got a reply and my order hasn't been updated. No one has contacted me, no date confirmed, and no Plusnet Hub One has been sent to me. Nothing. Yet my money has been taken. This isn't exactly a good first impression and i need to switch fast.
What's going on?

I have exactly the same issue and getting know where with the ‘provisioning team’ - I was told that due to the issues caused my connection would be ‘expediated’
