Placed my order 12 days ago on 28th October, and noticed in my connection details that you are still currently activating my line even though you state that broadband orders typically take a week to complete. I received a text message telling me my order is due to be activated on 11/11/2016, then another telling me 15/11/2016, and then another telling me 16/11/2016. Moving into the house tomorrow, so is it the 11th, 15th or 16th my broadband will become active?

Sorry that the order hasn't completed yet, I've just double checked and it's still showing as due to complete today. This can be anytime throughout the day though.
