My Order still not setup and active?

I signed up back in may, had a setup setup date for the 6th April, message the night before to say it was cancelled, tho I did not cancel for order.

 

I am with BT and only have phone line rental with them. Plusnet should be taking over the line rental and adding Fibre Broadband?

 

I am 75 years old and looking for this technology to communicate with my family as I am in isolation all looking to do online groceries via the broadband.

 

I contact you support team and they said it was goignt o be the 20th of April now? then got an email saying the 22nd April which tomorrow. but when i log into my account it just says order being processed.

 

I was promise this would only take 2 weeks to setup from when i contacted you in may.

 

Cant seem to phone your customer service also online chat just a robot?

 

So now trying this forum as a contact to try and get this sorted.

Got a message this morning:

Home Phone - Your service is ready to use

Guessing the line rental is active now.

Does that mean the broadband is too?

Ok bt engineer said shiuld be all working but my router is orange?

Can someone activate it please and bt engineer said its all ready to be activated by plusnet for fibre broadband

all working managed to get through to telephone support to turn on the broadband.
