My New Account

I am in the process of joining PlusNet from TalkTalk. I sent messages to support@plus.net all were not delivered.

If I fail to get a working email, I will have to cancel.

@Roderunner  There is no way to contact Plusnet by email. Sending messages will get no response. Have you tried placing an order online?

Sorry to hear that. As I am hard of hearing, I will need to cancel.

Re: My New Account

@Roderunner I don't understand your difficulty, an online order will not require any telephone call. Use this link ...

https://www.plus.net/broadband/broadband-without-landline/

I upgraded my Full Fibre contract earlier this year, no phone call required.

That will be difficult without making a phone call. You only have 2 weeks to cancel after you first sign up, so time is of theence. Your other option is to do it by post. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cancellation-policy/

Just to confirm, you cannot cancel an account by posting on this public forum.

You can use the Relay UK service to contact Plusnet.

Look here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/here-for-you/ , select the 'Ways to stay in touch'  option and expand the 'Relay Uk' option for more details
