My Fibre broadband order

I believe i have joined plusnet today, i filled everything out online and paid the amount i was asked to pay which is now pending in my bank, but when i try and sign into my account its not there and i have had no confirmation email and when i went on chat they couldn't find me and said it could take 24 hours.
