Moving property

Hi, 

 

I have been trying to reach out PlusNet for two weeks now since I'm moved to a new property. 

 

Although I understand that the current climate is exceptional, I do not understand why the only the service available is the one to pay your bills. 
I am now in my new property without access to your network. I even tried to contact you on Twitter but I had no reply either. 

I am waiting for a response from you until tomorrow midday : 06/04/2020 ; again, after two weeks of unsuccessful contact, if I don't hear from you by then, I will go to another provider and block my payments towards PlusNet, since I do not have access to your services.

Well, I can't even join another provider, they're not taking new customers, only taking care of existing ones.

 

So what am I supposed to do ? Just keep paying even when no services are provided ? Or is there a staff member able to help ?
