My broadband has recently been upgraded from standard broadband to fibre, both with Plusnet. When I chose to upgrade I also took up the offer to move my home phone from BT to Plusnet.
There was a fault with the broadband which took a week to get sorted, but is now working. I've heard nothing about getting the phone transferred, apart from a closed question noting that the phone service would have to be ordered once the broadband upgrade was complete.
Just want to make sure this hasn't been forgotten after the delays getting the broadband done.
