I was told that an engineer would be connecting my connection on Monday but I've had no word. We moved house and decided to start a new 24 month contract with Plusnet but we've been without phone / internet all week. I'm meant to be working from home so this is a big problem for us. I've tried calling the order update team but it just stays on hold then hangs up.
