Moved home on the 9 September thought plus net was coming with as they had booked an engineer to visit but did not arrive called them on 10 said it had been cancelled but there programme does not notify cancellation, was told engineer now coming 19 September phoned them 11 september told it was cancelled again now waiting for new date in the meantime I have no phone or broadband there website says moving home is stressful plus net make it easy lol, I'm also paying for Netflix and now TV I can't watch, very unhappy customer of over 10 yesrs
