Moving home,ordered broadband and phone.Need help

I am moving home in november and wanted to go with plusnet for extra fast fibre and unlimited calls.So i started the order this morning,it did not ask me for a go live date during the order like i thought it would? So my order is complete but i am not at the address until november 7th!

 

Is there any way i can start my new contract on that date? Cannot call customer services as it is too early and i work early every day.

Also just to add,could i please have my new route sent to my current address as it states the router will come before the activation date? I can provide my address via pm to a moderator.

Moderators are customers like yourself with no access to Plusnet systems or your account.

Ok thanks,hopefully can get this sorted.Very strange to not have a go live date selector during the checkout process...?
