Moving home - Move planned date forward

Hello,

Im in the process of moving homes and have currently a planned broadband moving date of 16/11/2020. There's been a change in situations whereby Im now having to move into my new home a week earlier. I'm wondering if it was possible to changed an already planned moving date forwards?

Quickest way to arrange this is by calling the provisioning (orders) team on 0800 432 0200 although the order may not be able to be brought forward depending on engineer availability
