Moving Home

I am shortly due to move home and transfer my existing broadband service to new address but have no precise date. On advice of Plusnet I provisionally booked a date however due to various issues I have today cancelled the order and received an email from the Plusnet customer service person to confirm this. However after receiving that message I have since received a text and another email saying the order is due to go ahead. This can't happen. I am worried the message hasn't got through to other depts at Plusnet. Please can someone advise why I am receiving messages to say the order is going ahead even though I've cancelled. Thanks
