Moving Home

I moved today.


Being the organised guy that I am (sometimes) I called Plusnet a month ago and told them we would be moving to a property with an existing phoneline and we wanted Fibre Broadband.


The answers say that the line will be activated but not when and no-one has turned up to fit the fibre broadband.


When will i actually get internet?

Your fibre order is showing as complete, no engineer is required to visit as these are placed as self-install orders. If you plug your modem/router in to the master socket via a filter you should be able to get online.
