Moved House Broadband Didn't!

Set up an order to move home and broadband way back at the end of January for the 24th Feb and I'm still waiting to be connected even though they have taken payment from me today.
Being mucked around now as was promised a phone call today to keep me updated and told 2 days ago service will be live within 48 hours now just had a text saying
"Your Order is in Progress and due for completion on XX/XX/XX" what the hell does that mean???
Poor service plusnet.

@jaread83 - would this show up in the management reports coming out of the forum?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
