Why am I having such an issue with a simple move.
Virgin informed they had contacted Plus net to cancel phone and broadband.
Got nothing from Plus net.
Rang - 30 minute wait - operator not sure please ring back!
Raised support item. Confirmed phone cancelled - not sure about broadband.
Charged again for broadband even though not had for 2 weeks!
Credit note raised - not to my account and no correspondence to me.
Tried phoning on 3 separate occasions - wait time over 30 minutes each time. Each time dumped off after 30 minutes!!
Not happy as account now shows broadband no phone and cancellation charge increased.
Wish I could get a sensible response.
