Move date has been and gone but no emails or update on Order Tracker?

Hi,

I placed my order on 31/07/2018 and the first initial upfront payment has been paid but I’ve not yet had any emails about an activation date.
I got an email from my previous provider on 01/08/2018 to say that the move date would be 14/08/2018. This date has now passed and I’ve had no emails and the online Order Tracker has been stuck on ‘Checking you line’ for days?
I wondered if a member of staff could give me and update?
